1. Brushing Teeth

Pressure on the spine is much higher when brushing your teeth than doing a long walk, so if you have to stand for hours every day you should find a way to mitigate the harmful influence on your spine.

2. Carrying Backpack

This is commonly used by student's and traditionally one of the important things when student getting some lots of things to carry, like books, ballpen etc., having a heavy weight from your backpack and incorrect carrying of it could have a possibility of a negative impact on your spine, to avoid this, as we all know that backpack has two (2) straps for a reason, simply need to use both of them and not by just carrying in one strap, for this you can actually balance the heavyweight from carrying a backpack.
3. Carrying Bags Home from a Grocery Store

Although you may save and score a bunch of great deals, carrying groceries for a long period of time is really a daunting task, the more you are going to carry the more pressure your spine will suffer, despite  the depressing reality, so better balance the weight of the bags you carry by simply balancing both sides of your hands with the same weight, so you don't actually pressure one side of your spine.

4. Doing Dishes

This is one of the factor you need also to remember whether you washing your face or even washing the dishes, take note that it is much easier if you are going to do a half-bend position, strain arms and rounded shoulders, to avoid any problems like having a shoulder blade pain, put a chair on your knee when you wash up, because this will help you lower the pressure.

5. Taking Heavy Objects Down from High Places

Everyone can do it by taking heavy objects until it turns to can't do it, take note that when you reach up for something your spine stretches when you are doing this regularly you the weight should be at the level of your chest.

6. Lacing-up your shoes

This daily habit is naturally done by its people every day, from going to work, going to church, parties, or jogging, but over time you may feel sharp and distinct pains in certain areas of your back, to avoid any problems better use a chair for you to site, and have a small chair in front of you while you put your feet while you are lacing-up your shoes, is best than doing it from the floor without chair to use, this could in up a back pain,
